Programme

GUS is the longitudinal research study following the lives of thousands of children and their families from birth through to the teenage years and beyond.

The Growing Up in Scotland research study provides new information that helps develop policies and services designed to make Scotland the ‘best place to grow up’.

  • Help us reflect on the key findings over 10 years of GUS.

  • New findings that compare experiences and outcomes of three year-olds in each cohort.

  • Chaired by Jackie Brock (Children in Scotland), this event includes a panel discussion on how evidence from GUS can help to make Scotland the best place to grow up.

  • This event is open to anyone working with and for children and their families.

This event is free and supported by the Scottish Government.
