Young people’s views on abortion

This study focused on the attitudes, knowledge and beliefs relating to abortion of young people aged 14-19. It  compared the perspectives of young men and women from a range of socio-economic backgrounds, and identified potential knowledge gaps and barriers to access. It did so via focus group interviews with young people across the Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Lothian areas.
