Project description

In 2010, Scotland’s Commissioner for Children and Young People (SCCYP) undertook a national consultation with children and young people in Scotland known as A RIGHT Blether. In 2011-12, the Commissioner began A RIGHT Wee Blether, a consultation exercise to hear the views of young children.

To inform this second consultation, CRFR undertook a ‘desk-top review’ of evidence-based practice on participation methods with young children. Interviews were undertaken with selected individuals, on the basis of their potential knowledge of methods and case studies.
